The API for uncensored AI models
Terms of Service
By creating an account on KiApi (kiapis.com) or using the API, you accept these terms.
The Service
We offer an OpenAI-compatible chat completions API for a hosted language model. The service is provided as is, without availability guarantees.
Your Account
You are responsible for your API key and everything done with it. Regenerate the key if it has been compromised.
Permitted Use
You must be of legal age. You may not use the API for anything illegal in your country, to generate sexual content with minors, to harass people, or to attack systems you do not own. We may block keys used this way.
Billing
Usage is billed per token from prepaid credit at the prices listed on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires 7 days after registration. Prepaid credit never expires.
Refunds
Credit is non-refundable. Credit is prepaid credit for using the API. Once payment is added to your account, it is final and will not be returned.
Credit never expires, so you never lose what you paid for. Prepaid credit stays on your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or in a year.
The only exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API stops working for your account and we cannot restore it, we will refund the credit you could not use in the same stablecoin you paid with, to a wallet address you provide in writing.
Errors are always fixed. If you paid and credit did not appear, or a top up was charged twice, contact us via the Support with transaction details and we will fix it. This is not a refund request, and there is no deadline for it.
Free trial credit is free and intended for trying out the API. It cannot be refunded or exchanged and expires 7 days after signing in.
If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK and buy as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Independence
KiApi is an independent service. Names of other companies and products appear on this site only to describe compatibility or for comparison, and belong to their owners.
Changes
We can update prices and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
